* Every Lifetime Eyecare patient who gets an eye exam with one of our Optometrists receives a $100 CASH BACK VOUCHER good towards the purchase of any Designer Eyeglasses, Designer Sunglasses or Prescription Lenses for either eyeglasses or sunglasses. Only one voucher per eye exam. Voucher only valid for 7 days following the eye exam. All eyewear purchases must exceed $300 in order to receive the $100 cash back.
Customers may combine purchases with friends and/or family members in order to reach $300 minimum. Valid only one time per customer per year.
